I’m Jake Lee, founder of Palisade Stays.
I grew up in Bergen County and built Palisade Stays for owners who want calm judgment, clean launches, and serious stewardship of the asset from day one.
Seven years across short-term rentals, furnished rentals, launches, and advisory work shaped how I help owners avoid preventable mistakes before they become expensive ones.

Por qué construí Palisade Stays
Antes de dedicarme a la hospitalidad, pasé seis temporadas como bombero forestal federal en cuadrillas de élite en el Oeste de EE.UU. Ese trabajo me enseñó disciplina de equipo, calma bajo presión y cuánto importa el liderazgo cuando el tiempo es corto y las apuestas son reales.
Aprendí este negocio con mentores que mantenían un alto estándar de hospitalidad, administración y seguimiento. Me enseñaron a prestar atención a cómo se siente una propiedad, cómo se trata a un huésped, y si los sistemas detrás del trabajo realmente se sostienen a medida que crece la complejidad.
Over the last several years, I’ve kept refining that craft by operating short-term rentals and furnished rentals across multiple markets, asset types, and launch conditions.

What matters to me is helping a home perform well without losing what makes it worth caring about in the first place, while making sure the standards and systems behind it hold up, guests feel looked after, and the people trusting me with it feel their trust was well placed.
