  • Allowed only in the R-1, I-1 and B-1 zoning districts; accessory buildings, tents, trailers and RVs prohibited; no STR within 300 linear feet of another permitted STR on the same street and no abutting STRs (§ 100-4)
  • Properties owned by corporations or LLCs are ineligible unless owner-occupied by an individual owner of the entity (§ 100-4.M)
  • Occupancy limited to 2 adults plus 1 child under 12 per bedroom, max 4 adults and 4 children per residence; one rental party at a time; no parties or events (§ 100-9)
  • Proof of at least $500,000 personal liability insurance required with the application (§ 100-5.C(8))
  • Operating without a permit: $2,000 first-offense fine rising to $5,000, plus loss of STR eligibility (§ 100-11)
