When you complete our STR Feasibility Assessment, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, phone number, property details, and assessment responses. We also collect basic usage data such as browser type and viewport size to improve your experience.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to evaluate your property's STR potential, deliver your personalized results, and follow up with relevant services. We may also use aggregated, anonymized data to improve our assessment tool and marketing efforts.

Information Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share your data with trusted service providers (such as email delivery and analytics platforms) solely to operate our services. We will never share your information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Cookies & Analytics

We use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and PostHog to measure how this site performs. These tools set cookies and collect usage data the moment you arrive. We honor the Global Privacy Control browser signal as a Do-Not-Sell/Share opt-out — if your browser sends it, we stop sharing your data with these tools automatically and do not load the Meta Pixel at all. You can also opt out manually at /privacy/opt-out or by emailing privacy@palisadestays.com.

• ps_optout — 1 year. Only set if you opt out of analytics. Tells our site not to load tracking scripts.
• ps_attr — 90 days. Stores the source of your visit so we can attribute the lead correctly.
• _ga / _gid — set by Google Analytics for measurement.
• _fbp / _fbc — set by Meta Pixel for ad measurement.

Click ID Capture

We capture campaign click IDs (such as fbclid and gclid) from URLs to attribute conversions to the ads that drove them.

Server-Side Conversion Sharing

We send conversion events (such as assessment completion) to Google Analytics and Meta with hashed contact information for ad measurement and optimization. Hashing is one-way; the recipients receive only an obfuscated identifier, not your email or phone number in plain text.

Data Retention

Assessment submissions are retained in our lead management systems for 24 months. To request deletion, email privacy@palisadestays.com.
