What the rules say in Goshen (Town)
- Short-term rentals are a prohibited use in all zoning districts of the Town of Goshen (Town Code § 97-10C(1)(g), added by L.L. No. 4-2025 on 7-10-2025).

- This ban applies to the Town of Goshen only; the Village of Goshen is a separate municipality with its own short-term rental law.
